The  giant 20m long sea monster is made entirely from plastic waste found in the ocean.  This mythical creature and its clean seas message is touring around the welsh coast a  as part of  the Visit Wales Coasts Alive campaign. It is appearing on 6 beaches across Wales of which Goodwick is one.
